Photo-chemical Smog

Los Angeles Smog. A form of air pollution which is caused by Photo- oxidants, especially during the summer (Photo-decomposition). Depending on the concentration of the Dangerous Substances which are present, photo-chemical smog can lead to irratation of the mucuos membranes and damage to the respiratory tract in humans, as well as to damage to plants and material.
